UV Lights Versus LED Lights

We all know that UV light from the sun causes the human body to produce vitamin D. And it's a specific type of vitamin D that we may not have elsewhere yet. There are moisturizers that contain vitamin D as additives, and some that contain Aloe Vera that works with this vitamin D, which is very good for our skin and a healthy body.

LED lights are of a different spectrum, so if you have lights in your home that are all LEDs and there is little sun during the winter months, you might miss something you really need. The UV light also kills many types of bacteria, and in your home, it makes sense to keep some of that at bay.

There are LED lights that use an ultra-violet part of the spectrum, but not all. The use of LED lamps or UV lamps with straight ordinary bulb sets is important, and there is a difference.

It is important to take this into account before filling or making it mandatory to switch all LED lights to save energy. In the future, there will be more LED light Pakistan as they use so little energy for the same level of lighting as straight bulbs.

Human evolution has always had UV light from the sun and the human body has adapted to that, so changing the type of light we use will make a difference, regardless of anyone's assumption.

The LED light manufacturers obviously want to think that it makes no difference, the manufacturers of UV lamps could reprint this article and send it to every member of Congress. Those who are paid to do the research will be funded on both sides, and the reality is that as things stand, we do not know exactly what the long-term effects are. So, I dare ask you; to ask that question.

You might be interested to learn that there is very little information easily available online on this topic, and you can even search for it yourself to see it. Changing all the light bulbs in our homes, cars, equipment, offices, cabins, etc. will make a difference to human health.

By the way, we may discover that LED lighting is better for people, causing fewer free radicals. If so, we might need more vitamin D supplements or lotions for our skin in the future - may be another growing industry?

I do not intend to question more energy-efficient lighting as a kind of conspiracy theory, I do not believe it for a second. Yet it also makes sense to check the empirical data on this subject, and the sooner the better. Please consider all of this.
